Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, zoom or other assistive technology.

Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a claim of formal conformance.
What we have done
- A "Skip to main content" link and clear page landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer).
- One main heading per page and headings in a logical order.
- Text and button colors checked for WCAG AA contrast.
- Visible focus outlines for keyboard users, and a menu that works without JavaScript.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Descriptive link and button text, and the page language set (with Spanish phrases marked as Spanish).
- Layouts that reflow at 320 pixels wide and when zoomed to 200%, and reduced motion for people who ask their device for it.
- A booking form with visible labels, required fields marked in text, error messages tied to each field, and an error summary that receives focus so screen reader and keyboard users hear what to fix.
- Automated checks with Lighthouse, plus manual keyboard and screen-size checks.
Known limitations
The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. It is third-party content we do not control, and it needs JavaScript; if it gives you trouble, email us instead and we will set up your call the same way. Picking a time happens on Google's booking page, which Google maintains. We are not aware of other specific barriers right now. Automated tools can't catch everything, and we have not yet had a formal audit by people with disabilities. If something doesn't work for you, please tell us.
Report a problem
Email kevin@bayvortech.com with the page and what went wrong. We will reply within a reasonable time and, where we can, provide the information in another format while we fix it.
